Immerse yourself in the healing space of Aboriginal spirituality, in this authentic and heartfelt meditation workshop, facilitated by Milan Dhiiyaan at the Australian Museum.

Winhangadurinya is a Wiradjuri word for meditation, deep listening, knowing, reflecting and we explore this concept in an Aboriginal meditation workshop, which offers an authentic and heartfelt introduction to First Nations culture.

Guided by cultural practitioners, Milan Dhiiyaan, this workshop assists with the development of connection to ancient ancestral knowledge and the healing space of Aboriginal spirituality.

This workshop is mainly designed for adults. Children over 12 years old who can sit still and quiet for long periods also welcome. One ticket gives you access to one 150-minute workshop.
