Weekly walk and talk for all ages

Join us for this free walking exercise program to get to know your local community workers and meet new people.

Together we'll explore the inner city suburbs of Sydney and see what's on offer in the area.

To register your interest please fill out this pre-exercise health form – please note once received we will add you to a text message thread for reminders, updates and wet weather contingencies.

Bring water, a hat and wear comfortable shoes.
