Drawing for kids holiday camp

Sydney Language Solutions provides drawing classes for children aged from 5 years. Why choose Sydney Language Solutions?

What is this class for?

• For children 5 years old and above 

• Children who are somewhat familiar with the shapes

• Children who like art, drawing, painting, craft, and color

What equipment do you need to bring to class?

• A canvas or canvas paper for each week you paint with me.

• Acrylic paint students are always free to make color changes. (Tempera paint would also work.)

• A variety of different sizes of paint brushes.

• Paper towel

• Cup of clean water for rinsing between colours

• Palette or Paper plate 

• Pencil

• Eraser

Training content

• Students will learn how to paint with acrylic paint, how to clean paint brushes, how to mix colors, learn about tints and shades, color theory basics, basic art vocabulary as it relates to color and paint, how to paint on canvas, follow step by step instructions, use their imaginations and creativity, and have fun! 

• This class is for budding artists who know that art isn’t about making an exact replica of the teacher’s art piece.  

Holiday Camp program 

• 09:30 – 10:30am: Drawing Class – Learn in Group with Teacher

• 10:30 – 10:45am: Crunch and Sip

• 10:45 – 12:30pm: Drawing Manga Potrait

• 12:30 – 1pm: Lunch Time

• 1:00 – 2pm: Drawing Pokemon Character

• 2:00 – 2:15pm: Break 2

• 2:15 – 3:30 pm: Drawing Cute Animals

• 3:30pm: Class ending

• Portrait Drawing: 6, 13, 20, 27 Jan

• Manga + Pokemon Drawing: 12, 19, 26 Jan

• Cartoon Drawing: 9, 16, 23 Jan

• Paint and Sip Drawing: 10, 17, 24 Jan

Class time option: 9:30am to 3:30pm (including 30 mins break)
