Light up your night with a kaleidoscope of colour during Vivid Sydney 2023. View the full canvas or harbourside lights from unique vantage points as you cruise to multiple precincts with unique vantage points.

Official Vivid Sydney one-hour Light Cruises operate nightly at 5:45pm, 7:00pm and 7:30pm.

Captain Cook Cruises is a proud supporter of Vivid Sydney festival of light, providing an array of official on-water experiences and displaying two of the festival’s most famous light installations over the last 10 years; the `Vivid Sydney' official logo and the #ilovesydney installation on two of our official on-water vessels.

Departing Darling Harbour

All cruises depart from Darling Harbour, King St Wharf No.1, only 6-minute undercover, fully accessible walk from Wynyard Station, and adjacent to Barangaroo Wharves.

Top Tips

  • Combine your cruise with the Vivid Light walk along the foreshore between Darling Harbour and Circular Quay (approx. 1 hour), before or after your cruise
