We are excited to invite you to the together2's SLES and Day Program Open Day.
together2 is a dynamic not-for-profit organisation based in Rozelle, NSW. Our mission is to empower all members of the community by providing personalised solutions for various needs, including disability support, aged care, and community services.
Discover how our School Leaver Employment Supports are integrated within our community services team, especially through our food relief program. Our new Day Program, ZigZag, is now open, and we’re also launching a Summer School Holidays program.

Program overview: Learn about our School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES) and Day Program. Our SLES program is tailored to help young people living with disabilities transition from school to employment, offering personalised support, skill development, and work experience opportunities.
Lunch and tour: Enjoy a tour of our facilities followed by a delicious lunch
Interactive session: Participate in an engaging talk with Good in the Hood, food relief program and other local business partners.
Our Day Program offers a range of activities and learning opportunities tailored to each participant’s unique interests and needs.
