We are thrilled to announce our partnership with the talented Irish native, Colin Fassnidge, for this cultural extravaganza. Born in Dublin and trained by the legendary Raymond Blanc, Colin is a renowned chef, author, and television presenter, having graced the screens as a judge on My Kitchen Rules for over a decade. With his creative yet refined take on the nose-to-tail food philosophy, Colin will curate an exciting menu for this year’s Guinness & Oysters Festival in The Rocks.
Entry to this event is free, and starting from noon each day, you’ll discover a abundance of stalls showcasing signature dishes by Fassnidge.
