Over three insightful lectures, Jackie Menzies will:

  • Examine the traditions of landscape and bird-and-flower painting

  • Uncover the symbolism of plants and animals

  • Explore the use of bamboo, jade, lacquer, and silk in creating objects of beauty and ingenuity
