We would like to take you to a gourmet journey of tasting beautiful cheese and tea from around the world at the same time!

We have invited our local cheese specialist, Penny, the owner of the famous Penny’s Cheese in Potts Point. She has selected 5 premium cheeses from different regions of the world. Each one of them has its own unique character and most importantly they taste amazing!

We will pair the cheese with our selected teas in special forms and style to compliment the cheese and to bring both experience to the max. Here are the sneak peek of the menu of the night:

1. La Luna (Goats Milk. Macedon Ranges VIC). To pair with: Jasmine Pearl Green Tea (first flush, top grade)

2. King River Gold (Cows Milk, High Country VIC). To pair with: White Peony White Tea ( from 100g compressed tea cake)

3. Ossau Irate (Ewes milk, Basque Region France). To pair with: Mt. Lapsang Black Tea

4. Shropshire Blue (Cows milk, Nottinghamshire). To pair with: Sheng Puer (harvested from 200 years old ancient tree in the wild forest).
