Covid-safe information

  • Guest health: Guests who feel even a little bit unwell are asked to let us know as soon as possible. Their tours will be switched to another date or a gift voucher will be provided.

  • Our health: Our tour guides are vaccinated. If they are feeling unwell and/or exhibiting any symptoms (fever, cough, etc), they will notify the team and another experienced guide will take over the tour, or the tour will be postponed. All guides have masks, gloves, and sanitiser for themselves and customers, as needed.

  • QR codes & Check-ins: All our guests and tour guides check-in at all required venues. Tour guides all check-in each guest, via our tour booking system. We keep all customer and tour records up to date.

  • Small groups: We're keeping our small tours even smaller now, by booking a maximum of 12 guests for public tours (plus 1-2 guides)

  • Hand washing, sanitation, and masks: Our guides will point out all the stops with restrooms/sinks where guests can wash their hands. Additionally, our guides will have hand sanitiser available for use, especially before and after tastings. Masks are also available if needed.

  • Individual plates & tastings: Instead of shared dishes, our venues will prepare individual servings, or our tour guides will distribute individual serves, using gloves, and while wearing a mask. Separate cutlery, cups, and plates will be used. Any disposable items used will be biodegradable when possible.

  • Social distancing: We will observe social distancing both inside and outside venues during the tour, as outlined by the NSW COVID-19 guidelines. Large crowds will be avoided as much as possible.

  • Venue safety: We work closely with our venue partners who are vigilant about extra cleaning before and after our visits. All our local businesses are also registered with the the NSW Government as COVID-Safe businesses.
