About the experts
Adam Jacobs is co-founder of The Iconic, Australia’s largest online fashion retailer. He’s also cofounder of Hatch – a new venture whose mission is for all people to find meaning in work. Adam is interested in how technology is changing our societies and aims to build global tech companies that positively influence our future. He started his career in strategy consulting before founding The Iconic in 2011 on the premise of customer experience leadership and the power of great teams. In 2014 Adam was awarded the young executive of the year, and runner up for managing director of the year, by the CEO Magazine’s annual awards. In 2018, Hatch was selected as a top 20 business of tomorrow by Westpac.
David Anderson is the CEO of the Big Red Group, housing ecommerce experience marketplaces RedBalloon, Adrenaline and Lime&Tonic, as well as B2B brands Redii and RedBalloon for Business. David is an exceptional marketer with a passion for how artificial intelligence can be used to grow and support small business.
