Free guided ride. Places are limited. Bookings essential.

Join us on this free guided ride and learn about initiatives helping to reduce waste in Sydney for a circular economy.

Together, we will embark on an easy 12km loop, showcasing places to drop off tricky items for recycling or repurposing, reduce food miles, donate or repair bicycles, art, film, workshops, and mending cafes.

This ride is perfect for those looking to learn bicycle-friendly routes through the city. We maintain a leisurely pace, allowing plenty of time for sightseeing, taking photos, and chatting with your guides and fellow riders. Riding is not just about the journey; it's about the connections you make along the way. Make new friends, share stories, and gain insights on planning your future rides.

What you'll need:

  • A roadworthy bike and helmet, tyres pumped!

  • Water bottle and sunscreen.

  • A bike lock

  • Your sense of adventure

Please note:

All bikes & bike riders are welcome. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We encourage participants to complete the Cycling in the City course before joining a guided ride. The course will equip you with the skills you need to ride in Sydney.
