Dead Puppet Society is returning to Sydney as part of the national Australian tour of Peter and the Starcatcher! We are offering Sydney based artists a one-day masterclass at the Capitol Theatre on Thursday 6th February. This masterclass provides the opportunity to connect and train with leading visual theatre practitioner and director Helen Stephens, and to dive into the Dead Puppet Society process of creating visually astonishing and deeply imaginative work.

This masterclass will break down visual theatre tools and processes to equip artists, at all stages of their career, with skills to transform, inspire and enhance their own creative practice.

Artists can expect to gain insight into the Dead Puppet Society methodology of ensemble performance making, choreography, puppetry, foley and worldbuilding using replica design elements from Peter and the Starcatcher

Our Sydney Artist Masterclass is $200 per person, which includes a ticket to see Peter and the Starcatcher (valued at $79.90).
