When

Friday 21 February from 5pm to 8pm

Maryam Rahmani is an Iranian-born santur player based in Adelaide. At 12, she started playing this delicate hammered dulcimer with up to 104 strings which dates to 699 BCE. Rahmani’s sound blends contemporary Western influences with the traditional music of her homeland.
