Harris Street will transform into a relaxed and convivial pedestrian-only zone for 1 day only.
Local pubs including the Harlequin Inn and The Dunkirk Hotel will spill out onto the streets to welcome you to dine and drink alfresco. Porter’s Liquor will be offering wine tastings from the Central West of NSW along with a number of international wines.
Groove the afternoon away with live music from the Kate Wadey Trio, the Yulugi Ensemble, Daniel Francis Band, George Washingmachine and Crawfish Po'Boys.
Kids will love the native bird performers and after dark, you'll enjoy enchanting fire performers and LED dancers.
The Summer Streets events are being held to help support local businesses and to provide more outdoor entertainment for residents.
The area will be closed to traffic from 9am to 11.30pm between Pyrmont Bridge Road and Union Street. Special event clearway parking restrictions will also be in effect so check signs carefully, visit livetraffic.com for more info.
