Described as one of the most virtuosic young organists of his generation, Jeremiah Stephenson (St Paul's Cathedral, London) has captivated audiences around the world with his dazzling technique and expressive interpretations.

Critics have praised his performances for their "astonishing accuracy and brilliant virtuosity" and creating a "real warmth of feeling...due to his easy, enthusiastic and cheerful nature".

In this concert, Jeremiah is joined by David Elton (Principal Trumpet, Sydney Symphony Orchestra), for a rare performance of Okna, a towering work in the trumpet and organ repertoire. The programme also features a world premiere by British composer Jim Maynard, in a bold celebration of contemporary music.
