Jazz Sessions in The Rocks

Jazz Sessions in The Rocks returns for its third year, bringing incredible live jazz to Sydney’s most historic precinct! Curated by the Sydney Improvised Music Association (SIMA), this much‑loved series showcases the depth, diversity and energy of Australia’s contemporary jazz scene.

Each week, homegrown talent from the creative world of Australian jazz will take the stage under twinkling lights and captivate you on a sonic adventure.

Jazz Sessions is free to attend, so you can unwind and enjoy the music each week without breaking the bank. It’s the perfect after work activity, pre or post dinner treat.

Program:

• 6pm: Jazz Sessions opens – come in and take a seat 

• 6:30pm to 7:15pm: First set 

• 7:15pm to 7:30pm: Break

• 7:30pm to 8:15pm: Second set 

• 8:30pm: Jazz Sessions closes
