Celebrate Sydney Craft Week by creating your own ‘Sky Postcard’ inspired by the legendary archer Hou Yi and his wife Chang’e, who ascended to the Moon after consuming an elixir of immortality. This drop-in workshop was developed by artist and UNSW alum Louise Zhang and is informed by the themes of love, longing, and family reunion as expressed through stories in cultural astronomy. Artist-designed stickers are included as part of the activity.

No experience needed, everyone is welcome.

This event is organised by UNSW Library Special Collections & Exhibitions Team, as part of the exhibition The Infinite Look: A History of Gazing Skyward.
