School holidays: silver ring making, 12-17yrs

Students will get to design and make their own ring in this fun school holiday workshop. 

Under the careful guidance of our experienced tutor, young people will learn basic silver smith techniques including soldering and how to size a ring.   

At the end of the workshop, participants will get to take home their handmade creation to wear or give to someone as a gift. 

This fun workshop is designed for complete beginners. No prior experience necessary. 

This course takes place on two half-days: 

  • Day 1: 5 July, 9.00am to 1.00pm 

  • Day 2: 6 July, 9.00am to 1.00pm 

All materials are provided. 

Intimate class size: maximum 8 students 

Level: designed for beginner level students 

Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes 

Bring: yourself – all materials provided
