You don’t need any prior knowledge to enjoy this workshop, as your experienced tutor will guide you in creating unique hand-built clay vessels.
You will have the opportunity to create decorative cups, bowls, vases and sculptural pieces. You will then get to decorate your creations using slips and underglaze. This is a fabulous opportunity for kids to explore the medium of clay with a focus on creative play and process.
No prior experience is necessary.
Small class size: maximum 10 students
Level: designed for beginner level students
Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes
Bring: yourself, a snack and an apron – all other materials are provided
Your works will be fired and ready to collect around 3 weeks after the course. We’re unable to fire pieces made outside of the course.
