School holidays: maker and creator, 8-12 yrs

Kids will get to play and create with the latest makerspace kits and electronic gadgets in this session in the Darling Square Library makerspace.
Designed to help build digital and making skills, there is a selection of different activities to explore. Kids can get hands-on with makerspace kits, including Spheros, littleBit, or battle it out with our Edison robots.
We think carefully about the suggested age range for our activities and they will only be appropriate for children over the age of 8 years.
Cost: $5 per child
Bookings and class size: maximum 15 children – bookings are essential
Suitable for: ages 8-12 years.

Parents are required to sign their child in and out of the makerspace and stay in the library while their child participates in the session.
