On National Rum Day, 16th August, we invite you to a tasting through our award-winning Brix Select Cask Series Rums hosted by Brix Co-Founder James Christopher & Head Distiller Shane Casey.
This evening will feature a tasting of all our Select Cask Rums to date, including our sold out #001 Stout Barrel and an exclusive advanced tasting of the next release, Select Cask #005 that will arrive later this year.
Each round of tastings will be matched with a delightful degustation menu from the Brix kitchen. An perfect evening for the Rum connoisseur or those interested in learning about one of the world's greatest spirits.
