Father's Day at Palazzo Salato

This Father's Day, Palazzo Salato is opening its Clarence Street doors for a one-off Sunday to welcome the dads, the dad-adjacent, and those that simply fancy a long lunch with a couple of extra special specials.

Running alongside Palazzo Salato's a la carte menu, Executive Chef Alex Major will have a juicy Eastern rock lobster with silken folds of mandilli di seta, glossy with 'nduja butter and bisque, pre-order when making a reservation to secure yours. The secondi star is a fennel seed and black pepper stuffed roll of plump Porchetta Romana, on brothy butter beans and cavolo nero.

To drink, we'll be opening some exceptional bottles and offering them by the glass. Think big, bold reds, and elegant, buttery whites.
