Rocker Bondi x Chef Luca & Stefano

Rocker in North Bondi is joining forces with celebrated Italian chefs and local legends, Luca Faccin (Chef Luca) and Stefano Morleo to bring Sydneysiders a special, one-off dining experience on Tuesday, 29 August.
The guys have developed a delectable five-course menu, which is inspired by their Italian heritage, global travels, and experience working in kitchens such as the Michelin starred Il Volto, Balla at The Star and The Apollo.
This means diners can expect Italian dishes with a unique and flavour-filled Asian twist, plus optional upgrades, and exclusive Italian wines to complement this unmissable feast for the senses.
Dishes include squid ink gnocco fritto paired with whipped nduja curd and lime, saffron ricotta cavatelli accompanied by tomato, citrus, spanner crab and rocket, and much more.
