Now in its third running, the Retail Innovation Program provides businesses with the mindset, insights and tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive digital economy.

Up to 20 local businesses will be invited to take part in the next program which includes a mix of virtual expert workshops, personalised mentoring and online learning modules.

Join us for a virtual information session to learn more about the program and meet some of the incredible small business owners who have participated in previous programs.

About the Retail Innovation Program

The Retail Innovation Program was developed by Investible in partnership with the City of Sydney in 2019 to support small business owners and strengthen business communities.

Delivered over 12 weeks and at no cost to participants, the Retail Innovation Program empowers small business owners to adapt and innovate in the face of unprecedented change.

Now entering its third year, the program has supported more than 35 businesses and dozens of business owners to innovate and grow.

  • Learn from a variety of business development, sales, retail, e-commerce, digital marketing, and more.

  • Gain valuable insights in key growth areas including Digital Strategy, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Financial Modelling, Customer Experience, Ethical Supply Chains, High-Performance Teams, Investor Relations and more.

  • Join an active, growing community of like-minded local business owners who are facing similar challenges and opportunities.

The program is open to retail and hospitality business owners within the City of Sydney local government area.
