Saturday 18 October from 1pm to 4pm
Bring the beauty of the coast to life in this Ocean Resin Art Workshop, held at Sydney Community College.
In this hands-on class, you’ll create a striking beach-themed resin tray or large MDF board using epoxy resin and pigments designed to replicate waves, water, and sand. Perfect for beginners or those wanting to gain confidence with resin art, this workshop offers practical skills in a supportive, creative setting.
Guided by an experienced tutor, you’ll work with a round wooden tray as your base and learn how to pour, layer, and manipulate resin to form dynamic ocean effects. You'll explore colour mixing, resin safety, and heat tools to create beautiful lacing and wave patterns. By the end of the class, you’ll have a functional, coastal-style tray that showcases your new resin pouring techniques.
