Come join the 60 minutes filled with joy and relaxation through the discovery of how hypnosis can transform your state of mind and shift it from stress, boredom and negativity to joy, peace and gratitude.
What to expect:
The event will begin with a talk by a hypnosis expert on what trance is and how it can help release stress and anxiety.
We will then begin with guided hypnosis to calm your mind and body and bring you into the moment.
After the mindfulness session, you'll be taken through some steps to deepen your trance to help achieve ultimate relaxation whilst you remain alert and aware.
The event will then end with a Q&A and stress release and gratitude expression tips as a take away to practice at home.

What should I have for the session?
We recommend you wear comfortable clothes, have a quiet space where you can sit comfortably or lay down to allow you to feel secure and enable relaxation process without any hindrance. We also recommend you have a glass/bottle of water nearby to stay hydrated, and a blanket to stay warm
What technology do I need to stream this session?
You only need an internet connection, a Zoom account (which is easy to register) and a device for streaming; a laptop, mobile phone, tablet or desktop. If you want to enhance your experience, you can use external speakers linked to your device but this is definitively not an essential.
