Sunday 18 May from 11am to 7pm

Meditation is the cultivation of the mind by applying methods to train the mind from scattered to concentrated, unified, and ultimately reaching the state of "no-mind".

"Reciting meditation" applies the method of reciting the Buddha’s name to achieve the effects of meditation.

During reciting meditation, once the mind is absorbed in the act of recitation, even during walking, vexations and wandering thoughts will not arise.

This training will leave one feeling a sense of purity and ease.
