Saturday 6 April from 11am to 3pm
Join us Saturday 6th April for the next Summer Hill Sustainable Markets which are all about second-hand and sustainable shopping, and learning how to reduce your landfill.
The markets take place on the first Saturday of each month and are Sydney's only markets exclusively offering homewares, artworks, accessories and more made using upcycled, repurposed or reused materials, plus products that help you avoid waste.
Set within the Inner West Sustainability Hub at 7 Prospect Rd, Summer Hill the market hall is undercover, dog and vegan-friendly and accessible.
By visiting, you support local makers, creatives and services embracing the 6 REs: rethink, reduce, reuse, repair, repurpose and recycle.
You can also visit the Tricky Trash corner to talk trash and play an active part in the circular economy by dropping off plastic bottle lids and bread tags that will be upcycled into beautiful unique products.
Support local, eco-friendly businesses and community groups offering:
👜Upcycled bags and jewellery
✂ Handmade and recycled homewares
👕 Repurposed & second-hand clothing
