We’d like to warmly invite you to My Blue Sky's Queer Reflections: a creative, community‑centred gathering focusing on experiences of pressures around marriage among queer Black, Indigenous and People of Colour aged 16 and above. Allies welcome!
Queer Reflections is a gentle, supportive space for connection, creativity and reflection. Participation is entirely optional and there is no expectation to share personal experiences, people are welcome to engage in whatever way feels right for them.
About My Blue Sky
My Blue Sky (run by Anti‑Slavery Australia) is Australia’s national service dedicated to preventing and responding to forced marriage. We provide free, confidential legal advice, referrals and information, and work alongside communities to raise awareness about rights, choices and available support.
Catering & child minding support provided.
This gathering is for queer community members and allies who want to come together in a supportive environment to reflect, connect and be creative around issues that are often silenced or misunderstood.
If you have any questions, access needs, or would like more information, please feel free to get in touch.
