Powerhouse Late x Vivid Ideas: Pearls of Wisdom

When

Thursday 1 June from 5pm to 9pm

Curated by Alex Herbert, the chef behind former Surry Hills institution Bird Cow Fish, this night is dedicated to unpacking what food tells us about ourselves.

Featuring chefs, gardeners, authors, scientists, artists and more, in a wonderful blend of interviews, demonstrations, installations and of course, food. With a strong focus on how First Nations people and migrant communities have shaped Australia’s culinary landscape, Pearls of Wisdom will have you savouring every moment.
