In this fun and practical pasta making class, you will learn how to make, roll and cut fresh pasta dough from scratch and use it to make gnocchi and tortellini.
This Italian cooking class is perfect for beginners. With guidance and demonstration from your experienced teacher, you will be paired up to prepare pulled pork (or cheese) fresh tortellini, roast pumpkin ravioli parcels, spinach and ricotta gnocchi, plus top-notch rosemary and lemon butter sauce.
In this fun lesson, you will also cut fresh pasta into tagliatelle or angel hair which you can take home after class. Come hungry for new knowledge and a delicious pasta feast that you’ll enjoy along with a well-deserved glass of wine at the end of class.
