Painting: beginner workshops @ Ultimo Community Centre

Join our enjoyable beginner Sunday workshop series at Ultimo Community Centre and learn how to paint with acrylics or watercolour.

Explore colour, composition and paint application through portraiture, landscape, still life and botanical painting. You can enrol in your preferred class or attend them all. 

Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your skills, our series of 7 workshops offers an engaging learning experience. Each workshop lasts 2.5-hours and is designed to be both social, fun and informative. 

No prior experience is necessary, as our professional tutors will provide step-by-step guidance throughout each project.

• What to wear: enclosed shoes (no sandals or thongs)

• Classes are for students aged 16+ years

• All materials provided

• Acrylic painting: landscape – 17 November, 1pm-3:30pm

• Acrylic painting: portraits – 24 November, 1pm-3:30pm

• Acrylic painting: still life – 1 December, 1pm-3:30pm

• Acrylic painting: botanical (flowers) – 8 December, 10:30am-1pm
