During this immersive class, equipped with modern facilities and expert assistance, you'll delve into the art of dumpling making. Learn the authentic techniques for crafting your own dumpling dough, shaping it skilfully, and filling it with an array of delectable stuffings, including seafood, duck, and vegetarian options. Participants will have the opportunity to create two types of dumplings, each reflecting Luna Lu's commitment to using natural colouring without artificial additives or flavourings.
