Let award winning portraitist and contemporary artist Mathew Lynn be your personal guide in this ongoing open studio session in any medium you choose. This could be an opportunity for you to improve specific technical skills, or to critically assess and completely transform your practice! Mathew can help you to better understand what you’re trying to achieve, and to help you look with a fresh perspective by exploring new strategies and processes in your work.

About Mathew

Mathew Lynn, a leading portrait artist, uses his work to delve into the essence of personhood and transcendence. A master's graduate from UNSW, Mathew has been an Archibald Prize finalist 18 times. Notable portraits include "Magic Pierre" and "Apprentice – self-portrait with Papa K." He's won the People’s Choice Award and the Packers’ Prize, among others. His work graces prestigious collections like the National Portrait Gallery Canberra.
