Second Body are a multi-award winning theatre company, specialising in form-bending work combining music, storytelling and science. OOL (origin of life) is the world premiere of their brand new solo show, in which founding company member Max Barton will use live looped music, metaphysics and some very loud bangs in order to explore where life truly begins.

Earlier this year, Second Body's show Concept for a Film won the Sydney Tour Ready award and the Most Innovative Work award at NZ Fringe. Their debut show STYX has received 13 five-star reviews. It was Guardian Pick-of-the-Fringe, won a Fringe World award in Perth and was shortlisted for a Total Theatre Award at Edinburgh Fringe 2019.
