As the countdown begins, Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi will commence the festivities with a bespoke 8-course menu including vibrant tasting notes and seasonal ingredients inspired by the electric atmosphere.
This auspicious occasion will be marked with signature dishes matched with an iconic wine pairing, selected by Altitude’s Executive Sommelier.

The sumptuous New Year’s Eve dinner is set to light up Altitude Restaurant on Level 36, from 7:30pm to 12:30am on 31 December, 2024.
Main dining room (non-window) is priced at $1,600 per adult with matched wines.
Guaranteed window table is priced at $2,300 per adult with matched wines.
Altitude private dining room is available for a private event with a minimum spend of $29,000 for a maximum of 18 guests. A 10% service surcharge applies.
