As you countdown to the stroke of midnight, Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi will commence the festivities with a bespoke 8-course menu including vibrant tasting notes and seasonal ingredients inspired by the electric atmosphere.
This auspicious occasion will be marked with signature dishes including mud crab with shellfish custard and nashi pear and dry aged MB4+ with caramelised bush tomato jus. As a New Year beckons, delight in a glimmering gold clock dessert as the sweetest finale.
