Join us this Australian Poetry Month at a two-part event from a ground-breaking collection of First Nations Australia LGBTQIA+ poets, writers and storytellers published in NANGAMAY MANA DJURALI: dream gather grow (BLACKBOOKS 2023).

Edited by Alison Whitaker, Gomeroi poet and academic, and Steven Lindsay Ross, Wamba Wamba writer, curator and producer. NANGAMAY MANA DJURALI: dream gather grow affirms, reflects and celebrates the diversity of First Nations LGBTQIA+ poetry and verse.

Each event will feature readings, both in person and streamed, by contributing poets from the City of Sydney and across Australia.
