Part of NAIDOC Week

NAIDOC Week in Barangaroo

When

Every day, 5pm to 7pm Sunday 7 July 2024 to Saturday 13 July 2024

Cost

Free

NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia in the first week of July each year to celebrate and recognise the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It presents an opportunity for all Australians to learn about First Nations cultures and histories, and to participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living culture on earth.

To celebrate we're hosting a series of free events, come together around the fire for yarns and cultural gatherings. Each evening, you'll have the chance to learn about traditional First Nations customs and traditions.

These events are a fantastic opportunity to connect with the local Aboriginal community, learn something new, and celebrate NAIDOC Week in a meaningful way. Whether you're a Sydney local or just visiting, everyone is welcome to join in the festivities. No registration is required – simply come along and enjoy the experience!
