Mythologies help us understand the world, they link us to our histories and reinforce identities. This workshop will explore the mythologies living within us and how they can be turned into a movement-based practice.

Beginning with a series of writing exercises focusing on different themes found within mythologies such as transformations, origins and fate, we will go on to explore how creative writing can act as a provocation for generating new movement.

Each workshop will focus on a different theme of mythmaking, meaning you can attend a single or multiple workshops.

Suitable for all levels of dance and writing.
