Minecraft: Build smarter with code (Ages 7-12)

When

Tuesday 26 September from 10am to 4pm

In this workshop, young participants will be guided through a series of coding challenges within the Minecraft world. Using Microsoft MakeCode block coding, they will control their agent and make changes to the world.

This workshop uses Minecraft Education Edition, a game-based learning platform that promotes creativity, collaboration and problem-solving in an immersive digital environment. Participants will be provided with computers for the workshop to develop their computer literacy with keyboard and mouse skills. The Minecraft world offered to the class is safe, private and accessible only at Powerhouse.

Please bring your own lunch and snacks.
