Four friends find themselves crash-landing back in their hometown after each of their lives kinda, sorta, well… implode.

The only remedy for broken engagements, family crises, layoffs and let-downs? Well, they’ll just have to get the squad back together and sign up for the mixed-gender medley relay at the grand opening of the town’s new aquatic centre, obviously. 

Over the course of a breakneck 80 minutes, we follow a ragtag group of misfits as they find a way to set aside their differences, work as a team, survive dryland training, and maybe even become the very people keeping each other afloat.
