Emptiness is the actual nature of reality. When we have the knowledge of emptiness we can begin to reduce our problems, eventually overcoming all of them permanently.
This weekly Meditation & Buddhism class includes two guided meditations and a teaching.
Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. Come to any class within a course topic.
These classes are suitable for beginners or experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
