Marco will take us on a journey from humble beginnings, arriving in London from the north with ‘£7.36, a box of books and a bag of clothes’ to begin his classical training as a commis with Albert and Michael Roux at Le Gavroche.
By the age of just 33, Marco became first British and youngest chef at the time to be awarded three Michelin Stars.
