Join us online for this engaging session on developing resilience with Counsellor Kim Slender and Museum Educator Sandy Hollis.

Life is about bouncing and getting up after we fall. Contrary to common understanding, we are not born with resilience; we can develop it through a process of adapting our thinking and how we approach our lives.

There are no greater examples of resilience than those that we see in the community of Holocaust survivors.
