Join us for a concert by the award-winning Canadian singer, Lenka Lichtenberg, as she presents Thieves of Dreams on its international tour.

Accompanied by a small ensemble, Lichtenberg seamlessly combines music, poetry, and spoken word to provide a powerful and immersive multimodal experience. She delves into her own family’s Holocaust history, exploring the moving story of her grandmother’s diary and her family’s experiences in Theresienstadt.

Lenka Lichtenberg, Thieves of Dreams, is part of our 2024 Musical Portraits series. This performance invites you to connect with history on a personal level, providing a glimpse into the strength and continuity of Jewish culture.

A ticket to this event includes complimentary refreshments, a chance to hear the stories of Theresienstadt survivors who made their way to Australia, as well as a pass to explore the Museum and all of our exhibitions from 6pm, before the show starts at 7pm.
