Open Academy's Kids at the Con Program is excited to announce that both our School Holiday Workshops and Term 1 classes are returning to face-to-face lessons at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music for 2022.

Give the gift of music this holiday season and enrol your child in our dynamic, interactive, group music education classes for School and Preschool aged students!

The Kids at the Con School Holiday Workshops are designed to provide an ideal nurturing environment for young children to take their first steps into the world of music. Send your child on a musical adventure as they learn to sing, dance, and explore the wonderful wide world of music in a group class run by expert music educators!

Open to ages 3-10, our School Holiday Workshops are the perfect opportunity to see what our weekly program is like!

Holiday workshops will be taking place Tuesday 18th, Wednesday 19th, and Thursday 20th January 2022 and enrolments are now open! https://openacademy.sydney.edu.au/KCholworkshops

No prior experience necessary!

The Kids at the Con program is grounded on the Orff-Schulwerk approach, as well as the Dalcroze, and Kodaly methods to ensure every child can express their inner musician. Combining activities such as singing, imitation, playing percussion instruments, improvisation, story-telling, and guided listening, the Term classes encourage each child’s inner creativity.

Join our Kids at the Con Term program for the holiday workshops and play a key role in your child’s development that can lead to a life enriched by the joy of music! Term 1 classes will be on sale THIS FRIDAY 17th December at 10am. Term 1 commences Saturday 5th February at the historic Sydney Conservatorium of Music, located on Macquarie Street.

To secure your place in our program or for more information, please reach out to con.openacademy@sydney.edu.au or visit our website - https://openacademy.sydney.edu.au/Kids+at+the+Con
