Bring your friends and family and join this food preserving course.

In this 8 week course you will learn how to make

  • kombucha

  • preserve olives

  • water kefir, naturally brewed sodas

  • lacto fermented chilli sauce

  • pickled vegetables

  • Kimchi/sauerkraut

  • Thai curry paste from scratch

  • Toum (lebanese garlic sauce)

This course is being delivered in partnership with Ultimo TAFE as such TAFE course entry requirements apply. You'll need a USI (Unique Student Identifier number) to register for this course. You can create your USI on the USI website.
