In this 8 week course you will learn how to make
kombucha
preserve olives
water kefir, naturally brewed sodas
lacto fermented chilli sauce
pickled vegetables
Kimchi/sauerkraut
Thai curry paste from scratch
Toum (lebanese garlic sauce)
This course is being delivered in partnership with Ultimo TAFE as such TAFE course entry requirements apply. You'll need a USI (Unique Student Identifier number) to register for this course.
