Kaolin Clay Studios opens its doors for Sydney Craft Week, offering a rare glimpse into the working studio of artist and ceramicist Arun Sharma. The event presents a selection of recent ceramic works spanning functional ware, sculptural vessels, and ongoing experimental forms developed through the studio’s teaching and making practice.

Visitors are invited to move through the space, view finished pieces alongside works in progress, and gain insight into the processes behind production, design, and material exploration at Kaolin.

The open studio reflects a practice that sits between art, design, and education, where objects are made, tested, and refined in an active studio environment. Selected works will be available for purchase directly from the studio.
