Ploós is honoured is be hosting an exclusive Arts Series’ Dinner in honour of the late, great Australian artist, John Olsen AO OBE, in celebration of Olsen’s iconic works beamed over the Sydney Opera House as part of Vivid Sydney 2023.
In direct view of the Sydney Opera House, underneath the Sydney Harbour Bridge and adjacent to the Overseas Passenger Terminal in The Rocks, there really is no better place to capture the buzz and beauty of Vivid Sydney 2023 with the best food and views available. Guests can expect to soak in Olsen’s animated artwork displayed on the sails of the Sydney Opera House for the very first time all while enjoying a superb multi-course meal with matching wine with the artists’ family and friends for a moving tribute at this one-night-only event.
