Musical duo IBID + Diego Idarraga Duarte

Musical duo, IBID, is made up of Keyna Wilkins (piano/flute) and Shane Carpini (drumset). Together they play jazz/classical/folk interpretations of stream-of-consciousness improvisations and their own compositions inspired by philosophy, astronomy, and human behaviour.

They will perform both improvisations and compositions from their 2022 debut album "Spaces in Between" from 9.30pm.

Doors open at 6.30pm and composer Diego Idarraga Duarte will perform from 8.30pm until IBID take the stage.

Wilkins is an Australian/British composer-musician and was one of three finalists for the Australian Art Music Awards for Individual Excellence in 2021 and 2018. Carpini is a prolific drummer and composer.
